They think that the public sector will become more transparent, automate more processes, and analyze policies better as a result of this adoption.

Just 9% of the organizations thought that automation brought forth by GenAI would result in job displacement, while 30% of them thought it would boost productivity.
A regulatory framework on artificial intelligence is also highly demanded by the sector; over 76% of GPS organizations have suggested government action to build one. The absence of defined use cases, talent gaps, and data privacy are the main obstacles that organizations encounter while implementing Gen AI.
